Shipping
- Orders ship the same or next business day (Monday to Friday) from our office in Mesa, Arizona.
- We ship with USPS, with tracking. You get the tracking number by email when your order ships.
- Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Free pickup: choose “Pick up in Mesa” at checkout and get your order at 853 W Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210.
- Remote programming orders are pickup only, because the programming is done with your car at our Mesa office.
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Returns: car remotes
- You can return a remote within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- We pay the return shipping. Contact us and we send you a prepaid label.
- The remote must come back in the same condition we sent it, with nothing missing.
- Once a remote has been programmed to a vehicle (by us or by anyone else), the programming fee can’t be refunded.
Returns: keys and key blanks
- Keys are sold uncut. You can return uncut, unused keys within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Once a key is cut, it can’t be returned. Please check that the keyway (for example KW1 or SC1) matches your lock before you cut it.
- The buyer pays return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Wrong or damaged item
If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days. We pay the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. A photo of the item and the package helps us fix it fast.
90-day remote warranty
- Every remote we sell has a 90-day warranty from the delivery date.
- If the remote stops working in that time, we replace it. If we have no replacement, we refund it.
- The warranty does not cover water damage, drops or physical damage, lost remotes, or a dead battery (batteries are easy to replace).
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and check the return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
